All coaches and assistants are or will be IMPACT certified, with experience ranging from college play to current USA-V players.
POSITIONS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING FOR 2011

COACHES.
Our 15’s team is looking for an assistant
coach, full or part-time, to add some new perspective to their training to better prepare
them as college prospects.
Typically
11-13's will have 6 Gateway tournaments,
14's will have 6 tournaments 1 of them being out of town,
15's will have 5 Gateway tournaments, 2 out of town, 1 g/s
seeding and if ready attempt their 1st Qualifier at an additional cost could do the Race for the Arch in June.
16's will have 6 tournaments 1 of them being out of town, and if team
and parents request, can schedule more at an additional cost.
17's will have 6 tournaments
1 of them being out of town, and if team and parents request, can schedule more at an additional cost.
18's will have 6 tournaments 1 of
them being out of town, and if team and parents request, can schedule more at an additional cost.

1. COACHES APPLICATION FILLED OUT COMPLETELY.
GATEWAY WILL REQUIRE:
35.00 MEMBER FEE COVERS REF/SCORE KEEP CLINIC REQUIRED/ INS. (NCFS
WILL COVER THIS FEE)
20.00 BACKGROUND FEE - POLICE CHECK (NCFS WILL COVER THIS FEE)
2. 25.00 IMPACT CLASS - COVER ALL COACHING RESPONSIBILITES, DIFFERENCE IN BOYS AND GIRLS [ HOW
THEY LEARN ] SOME DRILLS...ETC (NCFS WILL REQUIRE THE COACH TO COVER THIS TRAINING FEE as it follows
you for the rest of your coaching career.)
3. COACHES CODE OF ETHICS/APPLICATION
5. REALISTICALLY THE COMMITMENT IS TRYOUT WEEKEND, REGISTRATION NIGHT
WITH PARENT MEETING, SKILLS EMPHASIS TRAINING SESSIONS, attend a REF & a SCOREKEEPING clinic, 2 PRACTICE NIGHTS PER WEEK
[ 1 1/2 HR. 6 TOURNAMENT DATES [WHICH IF YOU KNOW OF ANY CONFLICTS I CAN TRY
TO SCHED. AROUND],weekends you need to check are:
Jan. 8/9, 15/16, 22/23, 29/30
Feb. 5/6, 12/13, 19/20, 26/27
Mar. 5/6, 12/13, 19/20, 26/27
Apr. 2/3, 9/10, 16/17, 23/24, 30/ may 1
May 7/_, 14/15, 21/22
(out of town, likely to be during spring break or Apr/May to prevent any travel
issues with snow)
6. REGIONAL WEEKEND FOR ALL AGE GROUPS, B/C
OR G/S TO BE DETERMINED BY SEASON, HOWEVER ALL TEAMS ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE.

THAT KIDS WHO DO NOT
NORMALLY GET TO PLAY, CAN.....
Teams traveling out of town will
be required to pay and additional fee to cover hotel and gas for any coaches that do not have a child on the team.
A team Polo will be supplied for each coach.
