Ameren is responsible for replacing burnt out street lights, if you have one that is not working properly
please give them a call 314-342-1000 or 1-800-552-7583.
also if you have trees in your wires-check the pole for ownership but typically it's either ameren's
or att's. put in a call and they should follow up.
i am told by bill anderson that 2' of any easement behind your fence if you have one,
is the responsibility of the resident.
