 Ben spoke before the Missouri Delegation at Breakfast. Apparently he grew up in Michigan and in his early years was a bad student. His mother would not give up on him though and made him read etc. At some point the tide turned and Mom just couldn't stop his desire for knowledge....of course we know the rest today. For me it was very inspirational and I would love for our kids around here to be able to hear him speak.

As residents we need to be letting our voices be heard, before we only have ONE voice to represent us….

Our Councilman Sam Page was a Yes Vote, Mr. Page received a number of emails and calls that I am aware of telling him to vote No on Stengers bill, Mr. Page thru his Yes Vote insinuates that he doesn't have faith in Municipal/Local control.....                                   

Mr. Sam Page chose not to listen to his constituents. 

 So can we ever trust Sam Page to listen to us, his Constituents???                                     KMOV.com

St Ann only had one Siren and it was located off Adie Rd. too far for our residents to the North and East to hear at all.

I wanted to share this information with you, to assist you in finding information on what you or maybe your kid could do beyond school to achieve a NICE PAYING job.
As I understand it, an apprentice will start at a good wage, right out of high school.
When you graduate you graduate with 40-45 College Credit Hours, and apparently, they have a program to help you complete your degree if you choose to go that route. Great benefits and in this particular union, they do a variety of work... HERE is where there is a lot of job growth currently as the Baby Boomers are aging out and it is getting more difficult to find people in these fields.
Lack of laborers affects us all...
Have you tried to get something fixed and were told it would take 2 weeks to get someone to you.
This is why - the industry needs more workers.
Think about it, if you are in need.
These jobs once trained pay extremely well!
